Phase II of the Metropolis development centers around two high rise residential condominium towers to be completed in 2018. Rising from a nine story podium housing parking, retail, residential units, and amenity, the concrete and glass towers top out at 40 and 54 stories respectively.

Mr San Gemino joined the team to as project architect to spearhead the Tenant Improvement documents for each of the residential towers.  Managing a team of three other staff, the role of the project architect is coordinate the design and documentation for permit. Responsibilities of this position include coordination of documents and staff, authoring of content, attending coordination meetings between owner and consultants, and permitting through Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety.
